Auditions for this Arthur Miller classic will take place on
Thursday, May 17, at 7:30pm and
Thursday, May 24 at 7:30pm
at Croftonbrook’s multipurpose room, 132 Corbett Road, Salt Spring Island
Come prepared for a cold read from the script.
Parts to be cast:
- Alfieri – an Italian lawyer living in New York.
- Eddie Carbone – a longshoreman.
- Beatrice – his wife.
- Catherine – Beatrice’s 17-year-old niece, who lives with them.
- Marco – Beatrice’s cousin from Italy.
- Rodolpho – Marco’s younger brother.
- Louis, Mike, Tony – longshoremen, neighbours.
- First Immigration Officer.
- Second Immigration officer.
- Mr. Lipari – the local butcher
- Mrs. Lipari – his wife.
Rehearsals start in mid-August.
Show dates: Fri., Nov. 2, Sat. Nov. 3, Sun., Nov. 4 (2pm matinee) Weds., Nov. 7, Thurs., Nov. 8, Fri., Nov. 9, Sat., Nov. 10, all at Mahon Hall.
