Auditions for Oleanna by David Mamet. Croftonbrook at 7pm, Tues., Jun. 25
We are holding auditions for Oleanna by David Mamet on Tuesday, Jun. 25 at 7pm at Croftonbrook, on Corbett Road.
The play is a two-hander and we are looking for actors for the following roles:
Carol — a woman in her 20s.
John — a man in his 40s.
Production dates are: Nov. 8 to Nov. 16 at Mahon Hall.
This is a very timely play. It was written by Mamet in the 1990s after the Clarence Thomas US Supreme Court hearings and is topical in that it involves many of the issues surrounding the “Me too” movement.
Actors will be expected to do a cold read from the script.

The play will be directed by Damian Inwood (damianinwood@shaw.ca) and stage-managed by Lynne Terry.
